Kiser Group closed this 14 unit apartment building in Auburn Gresham.

Kiser Group recently brokered the sales of three Chicago-area properties. The May 2014 closings included a 70-unit apartment complex in Mundelein, Ill.; a 31-unit apartment building in the Kenwood/Hyde Park neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side; and a 10-unit apartment building in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on Chicago’s Northwest Side. 

Zack Hofstadter, an associate with Chicago-based Kiser Group, represented Tricap in the deal while Kiser Managing Director Bill Baumann represented CLK.

Chicago’s leading mid-market commercial real estate brokerage firm, Kiser Group, has been retained for six new Chicago-area listings, one of which includes a two-property portfolio. 

The owners of Palatine Park Apartments, a 62-unit property in Palatine, and the 40-unit Harvard Park Apartments in Harvard put the properties up for sale, according to a news release from Chicago-based brokerage Kiser Group, which has been hired to sell them.
