CHICAGO– Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading mid-market commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the release of their new app allowing investors and clients to easily view their blog, press releases and news stories; search current inventory of available properties and request additional information. The app is available for free on the Apple App StoreSM and Google PlayTM.
After downloading the app, individuals create a unique profile as either an investor or broker. Investors are able to create preferences for property type, units and price and can receive push notifications for new listings. All users are able to search for available Kiser Group Listings based on number of units, location, asset type, price and listing agent. Push notifications are also sent when updates are made to Kiser Group’s newsroom.
