Kiser Group, a mid-market commercial real estate resource and service organization located in Chicago, has hired five new agents.
Thomas Guel specializes in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family and mixed-use properties. His background ranges from small rehab projects to commercial office buildings. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Guel owned a boutique real estate firm.



Matt Halper joins Kiser Group as a broker associate. Halper specializes in analysis and the disposition of multifamily properties in the west suburbs. Matt earned his MBA from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.



Danny Mantis also joins Kiser Group as a broker associate. Mantis focuses on analyzing multifamily assets throughout the Chicagoland area. Prior to Kiser Group, Mantis worked as a commercial credit analyst, where his primary job function was to underwrite and qualify commercial real estate loan requests.



Aaron Sklar, broker associate, joins Kiser Group with strong financial and analytical skills, which allows him to best assist investors, developers, and property owners. Sklar graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics.



Benjamin Smith joins the firm as a broker associate with a focus on mixed-use and multifamily assets. He previously worked in the consulting industry.
